The Training course on Resource Mobilisation and Communication    

Thai Fund Foundation in cooperation with Huachiew Chalernprakiet University and the Resource Alliance of the UK to arrange the first training on the development of resource mobilization trainers in Thailand. Applicants with experiences and expertise in resource mobilization from NGOs, educational institutes and academic community in Thailand were accepted and selected while the training course on resource mobilization and communication then was based on the Resource Alliance’s international course, developed in 2005. After the resource mobilization trainers had been produced, the Thai Fund Foundation has started offering this same course to interested organizations and individual since that.
      This training course is open to NGOs’ officers/personnel responsible for resource mobilization as well as civil society organizations in Thailand and Laos working on all issues, such as human rights, democracy, health, and environment, including volunteers. These officers should be experienced in resource mobilization for at least six months to one year.

   - Introduction to resource mobilization
   - Getting started with resource mobilization
   - Communication and relationship building
   - Sustaining and researching donors
   - Resource mobilisation techniques
   - Strategy and planning


           This course’s trainers are Thai NGO workers specialized in resource mobilization and were trained in the “Development of Resource Mobilization Trainers”, a training course run by the Resource Alliance of the UK
